Irena Brezenski is a Brown Belt teacher who came to the
Triangle from Amsterdam where she practiced African Dance.
Having so much fun as a Nia student since 2000 she decided
to become a teacher in 2005. Discovering the Joy of Teaching
and looking at Nia as a lifestyle, practicing the Four
Agreements and being Body Mind Spirit and Emotion
centered has changed her life in many ways. She loves how
Nia creates community and touches people in ways like no
other exercise can. Recently she taught Nia in Greece and will
do this again in 2007. After this experience she feels that
working with the Goddess Energy and Feminine Radiance is
her path and she will integrate this in her classes, workshops
and the yearly retreat in Greece. Contact Irena at
