More about the class:

Nia is a low-impact fitness class which combines dance, martial arts and healing arts such as yoga. Nia is easy on the joints and students are encouraged to move according to their body's way, so it is a wonderful workout for all ages from seniors to young adults 16+.

Bring comfortable shoes and a yoga mat.

First class FREE, $5 thereafter.
