First Degree Black Belt Jason Alan Griffin (JAG) is bringing Woodstock to Durham with a Nia class featuring artists that performed at the original Woodstock Music Festival. It will be a groovy throwback to 1969 with Jefferson Airplane; Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; Melanie; Jimi Hendrix; Blood, Sweat & Tears and many others. The focus is on FreeDance and the intent is to sense the Magic of Movement to Music...and peace.
The theme is love and peace so consider wearing peace signs, tie dye, flowing sun dresses, vests with fringe, love beads and flowers in your hear!
JAG travels with his dog, River, who sleeps in his crate during class. Please ignore him so he can stay relaxed.
